Yoga 2 - Experience and find more ease in the Yoga Flows and deepen into simple, quiet energetic focus. Some prior Yoga experience required. Pre-register or drop-in.
Yoga 3 - Hatha Yoga with more vinyasa flow, more challenging asanas and an ability to focus inside more deeply. Students must feel at ease in Yoga 1 and 2, be familiar with the names of asanas, and check with the teacher before registering for this class.
Gentle Yoga - Slower pace, more personalized modifications with props, if needed. Modifications will help folks living with physical movement more limited than it used to be, such as from car accidents, arthritis-related conditions, osteoporosis, asthma, heart disease, etc. All ages. 108 Surya Namaskar - Traditional sequence of 12 asanas (postures) linked in succession, moving in harmony with each breath. Commonly referred to as Sun Salutations, to help us open to our Inner Light. Considered strenuous.
