Gentler Beginner’s Yoga - Thursday 5:15 PM - Our same Beginner’s level class with modifications if you need it.  Modifications for folks living with physical movement more limited than it used to be, such as from car accidents, arthritis-related conditions, osteoporosis, asthma, heart disease, etc.  Please call to inquire.  All ages.
