Teresa Babyak says, “Yoga has changed my life! Yoga has not only helped me increase strength and flexibility, but it also has helped me gain a level of peace and centeredness in an otherwise stressful life. I manage a large Oncology practice as my full time job. Over the years, I have joined gyms and bought exercise equipment...and yet, always found an excuse why I couldn't exercise. Yoga, however, is the only thing that I never make excuses for. I always want to go to a class or teach a class. I feel amazing after every class.” A dedicated yoga practitioner for almost 5 years, Teresa switched over from aerobics which she also enjoyed instructing for a long time. She took the Yoga Sub-teacher training, and has since progressed to her own class in this new yoga studio. “Shivani has given me this wonderful opportunity to share my love of yoga with others, and for that I am eternally grateful. Namaste.” She also teaches yoga after-hours at the hospital to the delight of her collegues...and has another part-time business baking treats for order - ask her about Teresa’s Treats.
